Mid-tier corporate catering across Seattle and the Eastside. 20-guest minimum for any service.
Boxed lunches
Typical pricing: $22–$38/person
Our most-ordered service. Each box has a protein (chicken, sandwich, salad bowl, or vegetarian option), two sides, and a small dessert. Allergen labels on every box. Delivery + setup included for orders 10+.
Lead time: 48 hours. We can do same-day for repeat clients with a 30% expedite fee.
All-hands buffet
Typical pricing: $45–$78/person
Three or four protein stations, sides, salads, dessert. We staff the stations with chef hats but it’s not chef-tableside service — that’s not what corporate events want. Service is fast, food temperature stays right.
Lead time: 10 business days. Vendor onboarding (W-9, COI, MSA) takes about 2-3 days the first time; future events skip it.
Holiday parties
Typical pricing: $65–$110/person + bar service
December books fast. We typically have 30–40 holiday events on the calendar between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve. Reach out by Halloween at the latest for a Saturday slot.
Bar service available — we partner with two beverage caterers and pass through the cost. We do not have a liquor license ourselves.
Multi-day conference
Typical pricing: $150–$280/person/day all-in
Continental breakfast, mid-morning break, lunch, afternoon break, optional dinner. We work with the conference center’s AV and catering room layout preferences.
Lead time: 6+ weeks. We need timing details, dietary headcount breakdown, and venue access details locked in 2 weeks before.
